Welcome

The Pathfinder Network provides justice system-impacted individuals and families the tools and support they need to be safe and thrive in our communities. We provide programs and services for incarcerated individuals through the Oregon Department of Corrections and for parents, children, and families in the community.

Our Programs

We facilitate multiple programs for the Oregon Department of Corrections, including Parenting Inside Out®, and offer prevention and intervention programming for the segregation population.

In the community, the Center for Family Success in Multnomah County offers parenting classes, reentry mentoring support for justice-involved mothers and fathers, early childhood home visiting, peer mentoring, case management, and mentoring and intervention programs for children of justice-involved parents.

Parenting Inside Out

The Parenting Inside Out® program is an evidence-based parenting skills training program developed for criminal justice involved parents. The prison parenting program is appropriate for both incarcerated mothers and incarcerated fathers who are parenting from prison. The community version is appropriate for parents on parole or probation.
