Wraparound Support for System-Impacted Families

Since 2005, The Pathfinder Network’s Center for Family Success in Northeast Portland provides relational, holistic, and responsive programs for justice system-impacted adults and their children. We offer wraparound services designed to engage the whole family and strengthen parent, child, and family resilience.

In addition to our programming, we also provide basic needs assistance, including transportation support, food, housing and rental assistance, household items, clothing and shoes, and more. We also assist with resources, referrals, and support with navigating other services.

Our programs support family stabilization and reunification to help them thrive, addressing a wide range of needs to reduce future involvement with the justice system and promote positive outcomes for families.

When one person is involved in the justice system, the whole family is impacted.

We provide guidance, resources, and services to support parents, partners, children, and family members whose lives are deeply impacted by a loved one’s involvement in the system. Our programs intentionally provide relational, responsive, and holistic support to address the ripple effects of the justice system.

The program gives parents a way of navigating life that uses healthy, pro-social skills to interact with children, partners, co-parents, officials, friends, and family. PIO is offered in a 24-hour and 48-hour version.
