About Our Partnered Impact Programs
Launched in 2023, our Partnered Impact Department advances The Pathfinder Network’s mission through strategic partnerships and social entrepreneurship. We equip partners who support justice system-impacted communities with innovative solutions and our evidence-based, licensed curricula.
Through three high-impact program offerings—Parenting Inside Out, The PATHfinder Club, and External Training—we drive transformation across the system and strengthen communities.

PARENTING INSIDE OUT
An evidence-based cognitive-behavioral parenting management skills training program for justice system-involved parents, creating impact at every point of the justice system and beyond.

THE PATHFINDER CLUB
An arts-based support club model for teens impacted by incarceration, detention, and deportation—transforming hurt and harm to hope and healing.

Key Advocacy Partners
Partnerships
At The Pathfinder Network, we view partnerships as intentional, strategic relationships we cultivate and sustain with individuals, organizations, and communities that share our values and mission. These collaborations are designed to increase access, support our participants and communities, amplify our advocacy efforts, and advance meaningful, sustainable change. Through these partnerships, we strengthen our collective impact and ensure alignment with our vision for justice and equity.
Story of Impact: Transforming Policy Through Lived Experience
Real reform starts when policy is guided by lived experience. Through our appointment to the Governor’s Advisory Panel on Gender-Responsive Practices in Corrections, The Pathfinder Network provides information and advice to the Governor on utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed, and gender-responsive practices throughout the justice system. Guided by input from women impacted by the system, their families, and dedicated community partners, we are transforming corrections from the inside out—turning lived experience into lasting systemic change.
Transformation Story: Leading Justice Reform for Women Involved in the System
Our Executive Director, Leticia Longoria-Navarro, serves as a Commission Member with the Council on Criminal Justice (CCJ) Women’s Justice Commission, advocating for bipartisan, evidence-based reforms that improve outcomes for women involved in the justice system. The commission includes members who are leading justice reform efforts across the country and positions The Pathfinder Network as thought leaders, conveners, and change makers.

Anthologies
Members of The PATHfinder Club, our arts-based support clubs for youth impacted by incarceration, detention, and deportation, contribute to annual published anthologies featuring prose, poetry, and artwork.

Impacts of Incarceration Video Library
In 2023, we published the Impacts of Incarceration Video Library, a collection of 125 videos sharing experiences and wisdom from people who have been impacted by incarceration.
