Stewarding Resources for Impact

At The Pathfinder Network, we believe strong stewardship is essential to impact.

Every dollar entrusted to The Pathfinder Network represents an investment in people, families, and communities. We take seriously our responsibility to manage those resources with care, transparency, and accountability while ensuring that they are directed toward advancing our mission.

Our financial practices are grounded in thoughtful planning, responsible oversight, strong internal controls, and a commitment to long-term organizational sustainability. We regularly monitor our financial health and performance, engage our Board of Directors in financial oversight, and complete independent financial audits.

We are committed to being transparent about where our resources come from, how they are used, and how we steward them in service of our mission.

Our Financial Picture

The Pathfinder Network receives support from a diverse mix of public contracts, grants, philanthropy, partnerships, social entrepreneurship, and other sources that make our work possible.

Our revenue supports programs, partnerships, innovation, organizational infrastructure, and the people who make our work possible.

Expenses

We work to use our resources responsibly while maintaining the infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality programs, support our team, strengthen partnerships, and sustain our impact.

Investing in Direct Services

The majority of The Pathfinder Network’s resources are invested directly in programs and services that support justice system-impacted individuals, families, and communities.

Behind that percentage are facilitators, peer support specialists, family services, youth programming, curriculum and program delivery, participant supports, supplies, and the systems required to deliver effective programming across the communities we serve.

Strong programs also depend on strong organizations. Our remaining resources support the leadership, finance, operations, people and culture, fundraising, communications, and operational infrastructure necessary to deliver services responsibly and sustainably.

Responsible Stewardship. Sustainable Impact.

Our goal is not simply to manage resources responsibly today. It is to build an organization capable of delivering meaningful impact for years to come.

Financial stewardship allows The Pathfinder Network to invest in effective programs, strengthen our workforce, respond to emerging community needs, innovate, build strong partnerships, and remain a trusted partner to the people and communities we serve.

We are grateful to the public agencies, foundations, donors, partners, and community members who invest in this work and trust us to put those resources to meaningful use.
