Celebrating Excellence at The Pathfinder Network: Our First Annual Employee Recognition Awards!

In June 2025, The Pathfinder Network launched our first annual Employee Recognition Awards—a new initiative developed by our internal Culture Champs team to celebrate the outstanding work happening across our organization every day. Our staff submitted nearly 400 nominations for team members across the agency for a total of 10 awards, which were ultimately presented at our All-Staff Celebration in Portland on June 12th.

These awards are designed to honor people who lead with heart, live our values, lift others up, and help move our mission forward!
