Krystle joined The Pathfinder Network in March 2023 as the Director of Operations. Within her role, she ensures agency programs are fully supported in delivering high-quality services and support to adults, children, and families who are system-impacted. Her collaborative leadership style is grounded in the three i’s (implementation, integration, and impact) through a diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging lens that prioritizes safety, equity, and access for all. Since her start at The Pathfinder Network, she has co-created The Mosaic: A Multiracial ERG, that contributes meaningfully to the agency’s culture of belonging.
When asked what connects her to this work, Krystle shared, “I’m a woman healing from substance use and gender-based violence, sister whose brother was taken by police violence, and daughter of parents with lived experience of incarceration and addiction. I long wished for the resources and support The Pathfinder Network provides and feel grateful to be part of the impact this work imparts on our communities.”
